Mission

The Institute for Leadership Development (ILD) exists to provide leadership training that develops leaders in both character and competency to become transformed leaders who transform societies.

What we do

At the Institute for Leadership Development, we gather, train, and mentor Afghans from all sectors of society to become servant leaders. We teach ideas, skills, principles, and mindsets that empower these developing leaders to accomplish the difficult tasks set before them.
ILD is a place where you can discover JOY and LOVE… joining the ILD leadership journey has changed my attitude and life, and my whole perception of the world around me. The people who teach at ILD are true servant leaders, who transform lives. I wish for further success for ILD Family!

The Institute for Leadership Development

 

This Institute for Leadership Development is a graduate level internationally acredited program. Over one academic year ILD thoroughly trains students in the principles and values of servant leadership, provides opportunities to put these skills into practice, and connects students to world class instructors for one-on-one mentorship.

The ILD Alumni Community

 

The Institute for Leadership Development Alumni Community exists as a well-connected network where ILD graduates continue to mature in their transformational journey as servant leaders. ILD Alumni will continue the learning community that was created during the ILD program by empowering individuals to create their best possible future and transform communities through workshops, networking, goal setting, coaching, and mentoring.

This Institute for Leadership Development has various intensive trainings, both in person and online, designed to introduce prospective students to the fundamentals of servant leadership and provide an opportunity for one-on-one mentorship.
